
VISALIA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A juvenile was injured early Monday after gunfire hit a home in Visalia, according to the Visalia Police Department.
Police say officers were called around 4 a.m. to the area of Dinuba Boulevard and Ferguson Avenue for reports of shots fired.
While checking the area, officers said they received another report that a home on West Babcock Avenue had been hit by gunfire.
A juvenile inside the home was struck by a bullet and suffered injuries that were not life-threatening, according to police.
The department’s Violent Crimes Unit is investigating.
