Late evening hours 24 hours: We will have a Red Flag Warning in effect for strong winds. Potential for areas that have not been checked to have head, isolated torching, and spotting activity. New IA fires are possible 48 hours: Continued critical conditions with strong gusting winds with potential for gusty outflow winds. New IA fires are possible from lightning over the next few days. 72 hours: Warming is expected in the fire area, higher temperatures and lower humidities could help promote established surface fires and also any new ignitions from lightning holdovers. |
