FRESNO, Calif. (KGPE) – It’s Fun Friday! The Valley Animal Center introduced us to Efren. He’s currently an 8-week-old chihuahua mix, but he is expected to grow into a medium to small-sized dog.

Efren is now looking for his forever home. 

The Valley Animal Center joined us to talk about safety ahead of the Fourth of July and what you can do to keep your pets safe over the holiday.
