Mariposa County is proposing an addition for a Limited Density Owner-Built Rural Dwelling Ordinance, which will allow owners of specific zoning for properties to build small residential structures without full compliance with the latest version of the California Building Code.

*   Complete plan set with topographical site plan  
*   Geotechnical waiver 
*   Grading determination worksheet 
*   LDRD liability packet 
*   Mandatory pre-application meeting for LDRD
