HANFORD, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Two men were arrested after reports of a reckless vehicle led to an apartment in Hanford, police announced Tuesday.
On June 11, Hanford Police say they received a report of a reckless vehicle and a gun brandishing near the Casa Del Sol Apartments on Hanford Armona Road.
Responding officers found the vehicle parked at the apartments and learned the five occupants had gone inside.
As investigators with the Street Crimes Unit arrived, officers reported seeing one man matching the description of the armed passenger walking down the stairs from the apartment. After seeing officers, they say he fled on foot but was ultimately taken into custody.

Police say they recovered a ghost gun in the bushes nearby from where the suspect, identified as 21-year-old Davon Thomas, was apprehended.
After contacting the rest of the occupants in the apartment, investigators discovered a man, whom they identified as 31-year-old Dashaune Marquis Jones, had an active no-bail warrant issued by Kings County.
Hanford Police report Thomas and Jones were ultimately booked into the Kings County Jail.
