According to deputies, Eaton sought out credit cards during break-ins, which he then used to make purchases.

He was charged with repetitive theft, vehicle burglary, identity theft, and possession of stolen property. Due to the repetitive theft charge, established after California voters passed Proposition 36 in 2024, he is not eligible for bail.

Anyone with additional information about Eaton is asked to report it by calling the sheriff’s office at 559-600-3111 and referencing case #26-3974.
