Firefighters are responding to a 10-acre wildfire on the Cuba Ranger District, south of the Nacimiento Mine and south of NM State Road 126. Smoke may be visible from Cuba and surrounding communities.

Multiple resources are on scene and firefighters are actively engaged in a direct extinguishment strategy.
