NORTH FORK, CA – After more than 30 years of serving the North Fork community, Century 21 Ditton Realty has officially reopened its North Fork office, marking a new chapter following a temporary closure caused by a fire last summer.

The office, located in the newly restored Bass Fork Mini Mart facility, closed in July 2025 after the fire impacted the building. With reconstruction now complete under new ownership of the gas station and mini mart, the real estate office has returned with a fully renovated interior, new staff additions, and expanded services for local residents.

Century 21 Ditton Realty Owner and Broker Brad Ditton, along with Kara Shearer, Managing Broker of the North Fork office, oversaw the reopening. According to the company, the refreshed office reflects both a physical transformation and a renewed focus on community engagement.

During the closure, Shearer led the redesign of the space, replacing outdated furnishings with a modern layout. Improvements include fresh paint throughout the office, new laminate flooring in the meeting room, updated décor, and the addition of a coffee bar intended as a welcoming gathering space for clients and visitors.

The reopening also coincides with the addition of two experienced real estate professionals to the North Fork team.

Christina DeGracia-White joins the office with nearly four years of experience in real estate. She is well known locally for her involvement in the North Fork Chamber of Commerce, North Fork Boosters, Parent Teacher Group, and Helping One Woman. In addition to her professional work, DeGracia-White is recognized as a local DJ and longtime community participant, connections that the brokerage says strengthen its local market knowledge.

Also joining the team is Lily Niblett, who is entering her third year in real estate. Niblett is a co-owner of High Tie Timber Operators and has strong ties to the region’s land-based industries. Her familiarity with mountain and rural properties is expected to benefit buyers and sellers navigating the unique aspects of real estate in the North Fork area.

In addition to the office reopening, Century 21 Ditton Realty has announced the launch of recurring public education events titled “Pathway to Home Ownership.” The open forum sessions are designed to provide information for community members interested in buying a home or learning more about the process.

The first session, “Getting Started & How To’s,” is scheduled for Thursday, February 26, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the North Fork office. Attendees may stop by at any time during the event. Topics will include common myths and facts surrounding credit scores, down payments, self-employment, and bankruptcies, as well as an overview of the home-buying process, budgeting, credit building, and goal setting.

The sessions are open to the public and intended as informal, educational opportunities rather than sales presentations.

The Century 21 Ditton Realty’s North Fork office (DRE #00812142) is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Sunday appointments available by request.

Community members interested in buying, selling, or learning more about the local real estate market are encouraged to visit the newly reopened office and meet the North Fork team.
