How you can meet the actors of a classic baseball movie in Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Fans of classic baseball movies will get a chance to watch The Sandlot at Tower Theatre – and a chance to meet the cast.

Tower Theatre announced the classic movie will play on March 28, at 7 p.m., with three members of the cast in-house:

  • Chauncey Leopardi as “Squints”
  • Tom Guiry as “Smalls”
  • Marty York as “Yeah Yeah”

After the film, the actors will give insight into famous lines like “you’re killing me smalls!” learn what was in the big chief chaw, and find out what happened during the scene with Squints and the lifeguard Wendy.

Additionally, the actors will throw a signed baseball, allowing anyone who catches it to ask their own questions.
