FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A Fresno delivery driver is being accused of taking Amazon packages that he did not deliver to customers, according to police.
After a five-month investigation, it was revealed that a third-party delivery driver had failed to deliver packages to customers, and Amazon employees discovered that the packages were not returned to the facility either.
The alleged thefts happened from January 2025 through the end of November 2025. Detectives said that the suspect was responsible for over $4,500 in stolen packages.


Fresno Police’s Organized Retail Theft (ORT) Tactical Team and ORT detectives served a search warrant on North Seventh Street and East Shields Avenue on Thursday.
During the search warrant, the suspect was taken into custody. Detectives also found multiple stolen items. The items were returned to Amazon.
The suspect was taken into the Fresno County Jail and is facing charges of grand theft and possession of stolen property.
