Community Corrections Partnership Meeting (CCP)

Community Corrections Partnership Meeting (CCP)

The Mariposa County Community Corrections Partnership plan is state mandated committee, that articulates a local response to the Public Safety Act of 2011, also known as AB 109. This reform transfers all responsibility for supervising specified lower-level inmates and parolees from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) to county agencies.

The CCP is chaired by the Chief Probation Officer and has a voting executive committee which consist of a Judge (appointed by the Presiding Judge); Chief Probation Officer; County Sheriff; District Attorney; Public Defender; and one Director from Social Services, County Mental Health, or County Drug and Alcohol as determined by the Board of Supervisors.

CCP meetings are held biannually at locations to be determined.
