FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A man lost consciousness off Highway 180 after punching the window of a northeast Fresno home Saturday afternoon, the Fresno Police Department announced.
Officers in northeast Fresno received a call after 4 p.m. regarding a domestic dispute at a home on Robinson Avenue, where they say a man punched a window out of anger during an argument.
After sustaining a significant injury to his arm, police say he left in his car and eventually made it to Highway 180 at the Clovis Avenue off-ramp. Losing consciousness from blood loss, the man did not stop at the exit and ultimately crashed into two vehicles headed northbound on Clovis Avenue.

Officers who witnessed the crash immediately rendered aid to the bleeding man before he was transported to a local hospital.
One other person involved in the crash was transported to a local hospital out of precaution.
